Theresa Yattaw
Theresa has been a part of The Technology Therapy Group team since 2005. As the Client Relations Officer and CFO, Theresa is the primary contact for clients regarding the scheduling of meetings, proposals and billing. Theresa comes to The Technology Therapy Group after having served as an Operations Manager and as a CFO working with US and international clients on a daily basis coordinating travel, billing, invoices and the settlement of all accounts. Theresa’s favorite part of her job is working with and assisting clients. When she’s not working, Theresa enjoys shopping and having lunch with her daughter.
Tom DiGrazia
In October 2006 Tom became The Technology Therapy Group’s first designer. As the designer, every project at The Technology Therapy Group crosses Tom’s desk and his work includes everything from Website and eBlast design to development. Tom’s favorite part about working at The Technology Therapy Group is being able to create something new on a daily basis, continually learning new techniques and meeting our clients needs in a new and exciting way every time.
Tom graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a major in Illustration and a concentration in Design and Photography and has worked on various projects as a freelance designer and illustrator. Before joining The Technology Therapy Group, Tom worked as a Mac Specialist and Software Trainer for Apple, and for Cingular Wireless (now ATT) as an account manager. Outside of work, Tom is a self-described geek: he is an avid gamer and comic book nerd.
Melissa Welch
Due to The Technology Therapy Group’s growth, Melissa joined the team in April 2007 as Project Manager. Melissa’s primary responsibilities include updating and inputting content for websites, helping to set up and manage client email and managing all client projects. She is also responsible for training clients on how to use a content management system. Melissa’s favorite part of her job is when clients have the “ah-ha” moment. When spending time teaching clients, Melissa describes the “ah-ha” moment as the pieces falling into place and clients grasping the concept she has been explaining.
Prior to joining The Technology Therapy Group, Melissa was a Commercial Property Manager in Chicago, Dallas and Indianapolis. She is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. Melissa also has a Certificate of Web Development from the Community College of Rhode Island. When she’s not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, hiking and participating in fantasy football.
