Today’s customer is more connected than ever before through mobile and social media.  65% of adults are currently involved in some type of social network.  What do people do online?  Everything!  The term sharing has been often overused but it is a great word.  Sharing is what your customers are doing and when we share we open ourselves up emotionally.

Jennifer Shaheen, Technology Therapist® and social media expert, will present this seminar at the Independent Jewelers Organization Conference in Chicago. During this workshop you will learn how to appeal to your customers’ emotions through various mediums from: Pinterest to Facebook and from YouTube to Vine.  We will follow the education of connecting through to conversion and discuss what you need in place to ensure that the emotional campaigns you create are converting to customers.
