About the Role:
Are you a developer turned producer?

We’re looking for a Jr. Web & Marketing Producer to support our Website Architect and help keep marketing and website projects organized and moving efficiently. You’ll track and organize assets, follow up with clients to collect deliverables, and ensure projects are ready to launch before production begins.

This role blends creativity and logic—you’ll review web content and user experiences with a critical eye, document processes, and help manage timelines and tasks.

It’s ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn how marketing, websites, and systems work together to create exceptional digital experiences.

Qualities you’ll need to be awesome in this position:
  • Detailed, organized, and accurate: something as simple as an error in one form can mess up an entire process for a client; the Website Architect will depend on you to pay attention to the little details so she can focus on the big picture.
  • Balanced analytical and creative thinking: this role requires both sides of your brain – analyzing data, content, and assets for accuracy and logic, while also evaluating website layouts, visuals, and UX from a creative perspective.
  • Meticulous notetaking and proofreading skills: in this position, the Jr. Web & Marketing Producer will be responsible for taking detailed notes (live during meetings) with action items, as well as proofreading important documents that require accuracy.
  • Listening skills: the person in this position will spend a lot of time listening to instructions and recordings from the Website Architect and will need to listen for important details and deadlines regarding client accounts and internal operations. It is imperative that you pay full attention and catch all the details.
  • Resourceful, takes initiative, and has ability to anticipate needs: a great Jr. Web & Marketing Producer is someone who can problem-solve in creative ways.
  • Verbal and written communication skills: the Jr. Web & Marketing Producer will be communicating with clients, internal team members, and freelancers and will need to be able to effectively communicate via emails, instant messaging, phone, and web conference.
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines: it is very important that the Jr. Web & Marketing Producer has a reliable process for managing time and meeting deadlines. Clients have strict schedules and high expectations for their websites and campaigns, so helping the Website Architect keep things on track and meeting deadlines is essential.
  • Diligent follow-up and persistence: you’ll often need to chase down missing assets, approvals, or information from clients to keep projects moving. Staying politely persistent and organized in your follow-up will be key to keeping timelines on track.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and remain solution-focused in fast-paced and challenging situations, fostering productive relationships with clients and team members alike.
