Headshot of Michelle

Michelle

As the Founder & CEO of The Conversational Traveler, Michelle helps her clients have Experiences to Talk About. The Conversational Traveler is a New York City-based full-service travel agency that designs customized vacation experiences tailored to the interests and tastes of each traveler.

Problem
When Michelle first got started with TTG mentorship, she had a grand vision about where The Conversational Traveler could take her, but she wasn’t sure how to get there. She wanted to build a solid foundation for her business including creating a content strategy, establishing capture points, and understanding her analytics.
Solution
Meeting every few weeks, we worked with Michelle to help her analyze ad campaigns, brainstorm content ideas, and pivot her strategy according to the data we collected. Now she has a better idea about what works and what doesn’t, so she can spend her marketing budget where it counts to achieve the best results. We're helping her with her website now, too!

Problem
Shira worked with a few other agencies with varying degrees of success before starting her mentorship plan with TTG. Wanting to be taken seriously as a business owner, she needed an updated website that reflected Discovery Village's fun approach to education. She also wanted a plan for how to maintain the site, drive traffic to it, and improve her local search performance.
Solution
We met with Shira once a week to discuss her goals and teach her about SEO-compliant content creation for the new website we were building for her in the background. She had sessions with different TTG experts to learn website maintenance and data analysis. Now she has a beautiful new website and a punch list for maintaining her SEO strategy and website marketing.
