Trainings, courses, and classes are fully refundable for up to 24 hours. If TTG cancels a training, course, or class due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
Mentor Sessions
If we cannot accommodate your mentor session within 7 business days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund. Refunds are not available if the purchaser does not keep their scheduled appointment with TTG.
