Relationship Building with Data-Driven Communications for Architects, Engineers & Builders

Relationship Building with Data-Driven Communications for Architects, Engineers & Builders

Getting back to work doesn’t mean getting back to normal. The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly changed the way work gets done. In collaboration with Talisen Construction, Technology Therapy Group is presenting a free webinar “Relationship Building with Data-Driven Communications for Architects, Engineers & Builders” on June 9, 2020 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

We put this session together specifically for professionals who need to collaborate with other professionals effectively to complete complex projects to the highest possible standard. These are the same professionals who also need to be able to attract and serve their customers, all while observing social distancing protocols. It’s by understanding what your colleagues’ and customers’ needs are that it becomes possible to structure your communications pipeline appropriately and operate efficiently.

You’ll notice that we’ve prioritized colleague communication in this presentation. The reason for that is simple: collaboration with other professionals is such a vital part of operations for many companies that it’s prudent to pay special attention to it at times like these. The majority of the time, when a project gets off track or mistakes happen, the cause eventually turns out to be a breakdown in communications. Proactive attention to your communications pipeline now, at a time of changing technology and expectations, is a smart way to minimize those challenges. This allows the entire team to focus on responding to the needs of the customer, which is of course the ultimate goal.

Additionally, people want to do their best work, even given these challenges. We’ll be covering how the use of digital data can help you better understand your customers and what their needs are. This will help you identify areas for improvement in your current communications pipeline and develop processes to ensure your company continues to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What’s important to understand about this topic is that it’s really a leadership conversation. The material we’re going to cover impacts operations, customer service, marketing, and other vital aspects of your company. Registration is free, but space is limited.
